Authorization Hold: Upon placing your order, a temporary authorization hold for the total purchase amount is placed on your card. This confirms the necessary funds are available.

Billing Trigger: Your payment method is not officially charged until your order has passed our final quality check and is ready to be shipped from our facility (i.e., when the shipping label is physically generated).

Currency Conversion: Customers using international cards are responsible for any foreign exchange fees or currency conversion rates applied by their own bank or payment provider.

3. Pricing Accuracy and Security Measures

Transparency and security are foundational to our transaction process.

SSL Security: Our entire checkout process is secured using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to ensure that all transmitted data, including credit card details, remains confidential and encrypted.

Pricing Policy: We strive for absolute accuracy. If a product is listed at a clear pricing error, we reserve the right to either contact the customer for correction or cancel the order and issue an immediate refund. The customer will be charged the price visible on the final checkout confirmation page.

4. Refund Processing

Any refunds initiated will follow this specific process:

Method: All refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Timeline: Once Brill Mart processes the refund internally, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in the customer’s account or statement. This timeline is controlled by the customer’s bank or card issuer, not Brill Mart.
