1. Order Processing and Handling Time

This phase covers the internal actions taken before your order is handed to the delivery carrier.

Processing Window: All successful orders are processed, inspected, and packaged for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) following payment confirmation.

Daily Cut-Off: Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GMT-05:00) will begin processing on the following business day. This ensures accurate and timely dispatch management.

Internal Steps: Processing includes a final quality inspection of the handbag, secure packaging to prevent transit damage, and digital manifesting with the selected carrier.

2. Shipping and Transit Time 

This is the estimated time the package spends with the courier after leaving our facility.

Transit Time Estimate: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday).

Total Delivery Estimate: Combining processing and transit, the expected total delivery time ranges from 3 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday).

Variability Note: These time frames are estimates. Brill Mart is not responsible for minor delays caused by external factors such as weather, carrier network congestion, or unforeseen operational hurdles during peak seasons.

3. Fixed Flat Shipping Fee

To keep costs simple and predictable, we apply one standard rate for domestic shipping.

Flat Fee Amount: A fixed shipping and handling fee of $5.00 USD is applied to every order, regardless of its size, weight, or destination within the United States.

Inclusions: This single fee covers all necessary packaging, security, and standard courier costs associated with ground delivery.

4. Taxes and Additional Fees

We believe in upfront pricing with no surprises.

Sales Tax: At this time, Brill Mart does not charge any sales tax or collect any additional governmental fees beyond the product price and the flat $5.00 shipping charge.

Hidden Costs: Customers will not incur any hidden or unexpected fees from Brill Mart at checkout.

5. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We partner with reliable logistics services to ensure your handbag arrives safely.

Carrier Selection: We use reputable, track able courier services, which may include UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL. The specific carrier is chosen based on efficiency for your delivery location.

Service Priority: All shipments utilize a reliable ground service to ensure safe and track able delivery.

6. Tracking and Updates 

We provide full visibility of your shipment’s journey.

Tracking Notification: Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking website.

Update Delay: Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to fully update within the carrier’s system after receiving the notification.

Customer Responsibility: Customers are expected to monitor their tracking link regularly to anticipate delivery.

7. Delivery Coverage

We define the geographical areas we service.

Current Service Area: We currently offer full delivery coverage across the United States.

International Shipments: We do not currently offer automated international delivery. For any international requests, please contact our customer service team before placing an order to discuss feasibility.

Rural Deliveries: Delivery to remote or less-accessible areas may occasionally require marginally extended transit times beyond the standard estimates.

8. Address Accuracy and Correction 

Accurate information from the customer is crucial for successful delivery.

Accuracy Requirement: The customer is fully responsible for providing the complete and accurate shipping details at the time of purchase.

Error Correction: If you notice an address error immediately after placing the order, you must contact us immediately at help@brillmart.shop. We will attempt to correct the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.

Failed Delivery Liability: Brill Mart is not responsible for packages that are delayed, misdelivered, or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Re-shipping charges will apply in these scenarios.
