1. Return Eligibility and Time frame
Our standard return window allows ample time for you to assess your purchase immediately upon receipt.

You have 14 calendar days from the date the order is officially marked as delivered by the shipping carrier (based on tracking information) to initiate a return request. The physical item must be shipped and postmarked within this 14-day period to qualify for a return.
Condition of Returned Items:
To be eligible for processing, the handbag must be returned in its original, pristine, and unused condition. This means the bag must strictly meet all the following criteria:
Unworn and Unused: Showing no signs of dirt, scratches, scuffs, creasing, or internal/external wear.
Original Packaging: Returned within its original, protective packaging, including any factory-applied plastic wraps or internal stuffing materials.
Full Inclusion: Accompanied by all original hang tags (attached), authenticity cards, and accessories (e.g., detachable straps, exterior packaging, dust bags).
Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions:
For hygiene, operational integrity, and clarity, the following items are permanently exempt from our return policy:
- Items that are explicitly marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Non-Returnable” on the dedicated product page and confirmed at checkout.
- Gift cards, digital vouchers, or items that have been personalized, customized, or altered upon the customer’s request.
- Items returned beyond the 14-day window.
2. The Mandatory Return Initiation Process

Upon review and approval of your request, we will issue a unique Return Authorization Number (RA#) along with precise mailing instructions.
Crucial Note: Do not send items back without this RA#. Unauthorized returns cannot be tracked, logged, or guaranteed a refund. The RA# must be written clearly on the outside of your return package for proper sorting upon arrival.
3. Return Shipping Costs and Exchanges

Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs:
Customer Responsibility (Non-Defective/Preference): The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for items returned due to a change of preference (e.g., size/color change, simply no longer wanted). Exchanges (No Direct Exchanges):
Brill Mart does not process direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different style, size, or color, you must adhere to the standard return process for a refund and then place a new, separate order for the desired item at your convenience. This method ensures inventory accuracy and faster resolution.
